A person considered an adult depend cultures and rules of different countries in the world. A person is an adult when that person enough ages to work,to have GED, to marry, to get drive's license, to vote, to be a military service, and enough ages to underrest by law if a person crime. Almost countries in the world set minimum ages is 18 years old.
I think a person is an adult in fact a person can control himself or herself. There are alot of person working at ages 13 - 16 years old. A lot of person get marry before 18 years old ( in Yemen 64% girls are married before 18, and Bangladesh 81% girls are married before 18). If in the United States a person will be vote at 18 years old , but in the Germany and Austria allow 16 years old to vote, and in the Liechtenstain only voters enough 30 years old. Some countries like Spain, Germany, France, Austria set law to drink at 16 years old, while in the United States allowed drink alcohol at ages 21.
So a person considered an adult depend country where is a person living. But with me ,you are an adult if you are own yourself, it doesn't matter how old you are.

A TRAGIC OF FAMILY AND MOTHER'S FEELING OF AGONY.
Setember 12, 2008, chief justice of HO CHI MINH city, Vietnam was judged throughout the life murder Pham Van Binh. The victim is murderer's father.
Murderer Pham Van Binh and his mother declaled victim often reviled,and hit wife, sons an daughter. Binh and his sibling never had any day happy from childhood. His father spent almost money earned for wine and had a debauch. His father was drunkenness. His father never took care family.
Binh and his sibling very sad and hopelessly. He and his young brother were had drug, and their blood had HIV. The mother was feeling of agony about her sons and her family, the mother tried to save them. She worked hard and tired, she needed helps from her husband. But her husband didn't help, also he was reviled her very much.
November 19, 2008, Binh hold a scissors in his hand. He cut silk for his young sister made hats. At that time, the mother openned medicine treat HIV for Binh and his young brother, but the medicine was empty. The mother hurried took motorcycle, she wanted went to medicine HIV center. The father saw the mother and reviled her. The mother upseted and louded with the father. The father stood up and run after the mother and hit her. Binh run after his father, he kept his father away from his mother. The father was hit both . While everyone hustled each other, Binh already had a scissors in his hand and he stuck alot of scissors in his father's body. The father fall down. Someone helped the father went to hospital, but the father died.
Judge was closed, but the mother's feeling of agony and murder of the son killed father never close. Everybody was feeling pity for Binh's tragic of family.

Since August 2007, price of housing market grew up at top, and housing market bubble popped. House's price started fall down. Mortgage financial market affected so bad from there. First, investment bank Bear Steam was bankrupt and sold off in March 2008. Next , September 15, 2008 Lehman Brothers bank was collapsed, and Merrill Lynch bank was sold off. After that a lot the banks were bankrupt and sold off ( Washington Mutual bank, Wachovia bank...). Financial crisis 2008, bank's system in the United States ( count to Nov 09, 2008) lost 19 banks. Wall Street was detroy in very short time.
Financial crisis was lay off thousands workers in the banks. Also the money in economic slow down, contract between lenders and borrowers was not easy. Production and consume in the economic was slow down. It was lay off more thousands employees. In Oct 2008, labor market lost 240,000 jobs. Financial crisis was cause a lot of companies bankrupt and closed. Recently, a big company Circus City was bankrupt, and vehecle industry was very closing collapse.
Come back with housing market, it's cause of financial crisis. In Oct 2008, the houses were foreclosure 84,864 homes. If count from Aug 2007 to Oct 2008, the housing market total 936,439 homes have been lost to foreclosure.
